Woohoo! I got two acceptance letters today, one from Penn State and one from Oklahoma. Penn State even told me that I'm accepted to the College of Communications.. ahhhh!! :)
I'm so happy.. I can't believe I got two letters this early. I didn't think I would get a response from any of the colleges I applied to until Spring. This rocks.
There was a car chase the other day. It started in Dallas when the police busted some guy in the middle of a drug deal, and for an hour he led them North through Plano, Allen, and then to McKinney. The chase ended at the Chrysler dealer on Eldorado, which is like five minutes from my house. Kinda scary. JP said while he was at work he saw them drive by on 75, and Haylie said she was actually on the highway when it happened and they passed her. I'm glad she's okay.
Tomorrow is the playoff game against Dallas Hillcrest... it'll be fun even though it's supposed to be like 50 degrees. If we win our game and Highland Park wins their game, we get to play in Texas Stadium :) (former home of the *gag* Dallas Cowboys).
