I changed the picture. This one is really funny.
Yay today is turkey day! And once again the whole family is reunited for a few days of "togetherness". Picking everybody up yesterday was quite an ordeal. First my mom and I headed to UNT to get Nathan and then we drove to the airport to get my dad. Traffic was terrible - it was a slow crawl most of the way there. When we finally did get there, Nathan had this "alternate route" that would get us home faster because we could bypass the highways that were jammed. Turns out we ended up in the completely wrong place. Instead of going north like we were supposed to, we drove up to Texas Stadium with the Dallas skyline in the distance and realized we had gone way too far south. So we turned around and took a really long but un-traffic-jammed way back north through all these towns like Lewisville, Farmer's Branch, and some other cities that I can't even remember now. It was crazy. Finally we ended back in Plano and then Frisco, and we stopped at Pasado's to eat because we were all pretty much starving by this time. The food was pretty good, but unfortunately, it made my stomach hurt later. The same thing happens when I eat certain food at Taco Bell and Taco Bueno. Crazy.
Anyways, that was about it for the trip home. Later that night I went to see "Spongebob Squarepants" with Robby which was alright, it was basically an extended version of the TV show. More real people in it though. It was good to see Robby again since that barely ever happens.
Well I'm off, time to get a shower and such.
