Blah.. we lost our first playoff game to Hillcrest, 20-17, meaning no marching season. How sad, it was the last time I'm ever going to play bass with that band. Starting next week I'm going to give Chelsea bass lessons because she wants to try out on it next year. She doesn't think she'll make it but she wants to have the experience. She's only a sophomore this year, so she'll still have her senior year to try out again.
I got an e-mail from Lacey, one of "the twins" who graduated last year and now goes to Ouachita Baptist Univ. in Arkansas. It's good to hear from her again.
